For many years now, I have been fascinated by the story of the man known only by his chosen name, The Zodiac.
While no one knows the true identity of The Zodiac, his murderous deeds have been well chronicled. Sadly, this deranged murderer left a trail of death and torment in his wake, killing at least five people in Northern California during the late nineteen sixties. While it is believed he came close to being apprehended, no one can claim to have brought The Zodiac to justice.
There are many places where you can read about the crimes of The Zodiac, or learn about the numerous theories about him - why he killed, who else he may have murdered. You can read about all the various suspects that have come and gone over the years.
However, there has never been a resource which presents a detailed timeline of all the activities which took place related to his crimes and the attempts to learn his true identity and bring him to justice.
I recently decided to create a blog which presents a detailed timeline of all the relevant known events of The Zodiac. Not just his crimes, but every event, chronicling all the events which occurred, from the first letter The Zodiac mailed to the last newspaper article written about him.

The story of The Zodiac is full of twists and turns, from the murders he committed, to the letters he made to the countless investigations launched to try and capture him. zodiackillertimeline.blogspot.com looks to present a factual accounting of what The Zodiac did, what we really know about him and how law enforcement has worked over the years to catch him.
